Fixed graph not being split when over threshold. Added route arg so services can be charted by id.

Added a bool timeout to logs. This indicated whether or not the request timed out. Preparing data for the frontend graph is put into it's own function. When data is more than 6 s apart it is considered a break in connectivity and a None point is added.

Added svg icons to the applications. Frontend will display the icon by name of [id].[icon_filetype] which defaults to svg. Able to set to other filetypes. Changed the frontend to center the application
